MazzLabs Technology Services LLC ("MazzLabs", "we", "us", "our") operates the MazzLabs platform, client portal, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Name, email address, company name, phone number when you create an account or are invited to the client portal
• Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, message content submitted through our website
• Payment information: Billing details and payment history (payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store credit card numbers)
• Support tickets: Title, description, and replies submitted through the client portal
• Client Content: Any data, images, text, or files you upload to or generate within the platform

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps
• Usage data: Feature usage, session duration, actions taken within the platform
• Email data: Delivery status, open rates, and click tracking for emails sent through SpellSend
• Device information: Device type, screen resolution, language preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To process payments and manage billing
• To send service-related communications (account setup, invoices, support responses)
• To respond to contact form submissions and support requests
• To monitor platform performance, security, and availability
• To comply with legal obligations
• To enforce our Terms of Service and Service Agreements

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on MazzLabs-managed servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Hashed passwords (bcrypt with salt rounds)
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security updates and patching
• Server monitoring and incident detection

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure and email delivery (SES)
• SpellSend: Transactional email delivery (MazzLabs-owned)
• DeployVault: Encrypted backup services (MazzLabs-owned)
• RackNerd: VPS hosting

These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide our services.

5. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of the service agreement
• Contact submissions: Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested
• Server logs: Retained for 90 days
• After termination: Client Content is exported and deleted within 30 days per our Service Agreement

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by MazzLabs
• Correct inaccurate information
• Export your data (per Section 5.3 of the Service Agreement)
• Delete your data upon termination of services
• Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

7. Cookies

The MazzLabs platform uses session-based authentication tokens stored in browser session storage. The MazzLabs landing page (mazzlabs.xyz) uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Children's Privacy

MazzLabs services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed security breach affecting your personal data, MazzLabs will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, as outlined in Section 5.6 of the Service Agreement.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
